Job Description: 
  1. The primary responsibility we are looking for; should be capable of innovating, developing, recommending and implementing “human resources strategy and policy” in support along the lines of organization’s business objectives.
  2. The candidate shall be responsible for the entire HR activities.
Responsibilities
  1. Leading, directing, motivating and developing the Human Resources team to ensure that, the right level of service and support is provided, to the business units.
  2. Timely Recruitment of right staff as per Organization’s needs
  3. Engage in employee development
  4. Work with senior management team closely, to proactively address talent acquisition and retention plans.
  5. Work towards branding the organization in a better way
  6. With Senior Management, Implement and manage the performance appraisal process in the most objective and transparent manner
  7. Drive the compensation and benefits plan
  8. Benchmark the organizational policies and practices with industry best practices
  9. Budgeting and tracking
Requirements
  1. About 4 – 6 years of experience in HR activities.
  2. Excellent communication & analytical skills.
Qualification:
  1. MBA – HR or Equivalent Experience
