  • Working knowledge in Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Working knowledge in IT/Product support will be an added advantage
  • Answer Calls/emails professionally and should have strong customer service skills
  • Handle customer queries and provide proper solutions
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills: 
  • Willing to work in 24X7 rotational shift
  • B.Tech / BCA / MCA is mandatory. No other qualification would be considered.
