- Graduates with minimum 1 year of experience in international (US) technical support voice process
- Working knowledge in Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Working knowledge in IT/Product support will be an added advantage
- Answer Calls/emails professionally and should have strong customer service skills
- Handle customer queries and provide proper solutions
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Willing to work in 24X7 rotational shift
- B.Tech / BCA / MCA is mandatory. No other qualification would be considered.
